The press machine adopts frequency converting electromotor drive, transmission adopt Geneva drive, Maltese cross his extremely mechanism conquer the strike of Commonness Geneva wheel during Start or pause point, so it makes the press machine keeping stable during rapidly running. Max. capacity can reach 52pcs/min.
This machine is adopted integrative control of mechanisms, electrical system, gas or hydraulic pressure system. Automatic followed by the double AC transducer, the speed adjust is stepless, controlled by PLC. This machine can be operated staidly, low noise, operated easily and power saving. Comparing with similar pneumatic press machine, it can save about 40% power.
