The CLX8-1600 motor-driven glass centrifuge is mainly used in the glassware industry to produce glassware products and various monolithic molded glassware tray products and miscellaneous items. The centrifuge adopts Y motor drive and mechanical transmission, and uses a specially designed sheave mechanism for intermittent motion to overcome the problem. It eliminates the impact phenomenon that occurs in the ordinary sheave mechanism at the moment of starting and stopping, so that the centrifuge remains stable during rapid operation, and the fastest indexing speed can reach 33 times/min. The centrifuge realizes electromechanical integrated control and adopts AC variable frequency speed regulator for automatic tracking and stepless speed regulation. The centrifuge is controlled by a programmable controller. The advantages of this centrifuge are good stability, low noise, easy and simple operation, and high production efficiency.
