HK-24FS Rotary Polisher
HK-24FS Rotary Polisher is a kind of multi-section rotary intermittent fire polisher for glassware developed according to the need of glassware industry in China. Its main features are here follows：rotary model, intermittent rotation, Geneva mechanism is adopted. The machine is driven by Y motor. Trays autorotation is driven by motor reducer. AC frequency converter is adopted for table rotation and trays autorotation to get infinite speed. The speed can be set by user according to different production requirements. This polisher is mainly used to melt and then polish the edge and outside of glassware with fire to make it looks neat, nice and looks better. LCD is used to show the procedure of operation and control. HMI as well as touch screen are adopted for setting and controlling the machine.
