Taking industrial compressed air as the power source unit as an example: The compressed air medium must be purified (filtered through a 40 micron filter). ​ Proper lubrication can increase service life, and lubricating oil ISOVG32 is recommended. ​ Compressed air pressure: 2.0-8.0 kgf/cm2. ​ Before pneumatic components are connected to the pipeline, foreign matter in the pipeline must be removed to prevent debris from entering the component. In low-temperature environments, anti-freeze measures should be taken to prevent moisture in the system from freezing.

Working medium: YB-46# anti-wear hydraulic oil (generally domestic brands use Great Wall brand) System cleanliness: NAS1638 standard level 9 Hydraulic pipelines must be pickled and cyclically flushed. ​ Hydraulic oil must be pumped into the fuel tank through the oil filter car and added to 80% of the total volume of the fuel tank. ​ After the equipment has been running for 3 months, the filter and fuel tank must be cleaned or the filter element must be replaced.
